1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VoicePowerAI (“the Service”), a product of Mistriano Design & Engineering Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

VoicePowerAI provides an AI-powered phone answering service that answers calls, captures intent, and delivers summaries on behalf of business operators (“Operators”). The Service is operated by Mistriano Design & Engineering Private Limited and is not intended for personal, household, or emergency use.

3. Operator responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including call recording consent laws.
  • You must not use the Service to deceive callers in ways that cause harm or violate consumer protection laws.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any scripts, call flows, or information you provide to configure the Service.

4. Prohibited uses

  • Using the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited outbound calls.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
  • Using the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, technical failures, or AI errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoicePowerAI’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any use that puts other users or the Service at risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
